Dr. Keaton Shin
Dr. Keaton is a local Austinite and grew up in Round Rock, Texas. His love of Texas kept him in state for his educational journey and he proudly graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to obtain his doctorate (DDS) from UT Health San Antonio.
While in dental school, Dr. Keaton had a passion for working with kids. He was honored and excited to further his training by completing a post-graduate pediatric dental residency at UT Health San Antonio. He received ample training in providing care for children with special needs. He has also received training in oral conscious sedation and general anesthesia in the hospital setting.
He has a strong academic background and a good understanding of the unique needs and challenges children may face when it comes to their oral health. His primary goal is to create a positive and nurturing environment that fosters trust and comfort for young patients. He ensures that every child has a positive experience during their dental visits.
Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his wife, two dogs, and son, Griffin. On the weekend you can find him binge-watching his favorite shows, going to concerts, and exploring the country on road trips.
